The hunger was not too bad today. First day of limited food.
I am a little too afraid to weight myself. I might do it after this weekend. Depends on whether I do well this weekend.
I really got too fat this last month. Probably a combination of poor eating habits, not a whole lot of misusing calories, and not enough exercise. This needs to be fixed before school begins.
